This portal is used to request live one-on-one assistance with University of the Arts software and web applications.

To start a live chat session, use the Issue Submission form below. A Support Specialists will connect with you shortly.

If instructed, enter a session key provided by a Support Specialist or click on their name. Please do not click on a Support Specialist's name without being instructed to do so first. They maybe assisting other clients and will not be able to get to you in a timley fashion.
